Insurance:

For your convenience, we will submit your claims to the insurance company. A current copy of your insurance card is essential to maintain timely and accurate communication with the insurance company about your claims. If your insurance changes during our therapy timeline, notify Speak Right Now, LLC immediately, as you are ultimately responsible for full payment if insurance payment is denied.

In-Network Insurance

Speak Right Now, LLC is a contracted provider for the following Minnesota insurance companies:

Medica
Health Partners
Cigna
Medica

OUT-OF-Network

We are NOT in network with United Heath Care or any of its affiliates.

Speak Right Now, LLC will file insurance claims on your behalf with the companies listed above.

Specific insurance plans may require you to see health care providers in a specific care network. Please verify that Speak Right Now, LLC, is in your insurance plan's care network.

Speak Right Now, LLC does not guarantee that your insurance company will pay for your services.

Cash/Private pay:

If you opt to pay in cash, your insurance company will NOT be billed. See our Payment schedule for more details.

Payment:

Private payments of cash are due at the time of service. Co-pays through insurance companies will be billed monthly. We accept credit cards or cash.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Company Before your first visit. It is helpful for you to contact your insurance company and ask the following questions to be aware of your insurance benefits.

What are my outpatient speech therapy benefits?
Do I have a deductible?
What is my co-pay or co-insurance percentage?
How many visits do I get per calendar year?
Do I need a referral or authorization before my visits? How often?
Is my plan’s coverage of outpatient speech therapy based upon medical necessity? If so, what diagnoses are covered under “medical necessity”?
What is the effective date of my coverage?
Is Speak Right Now, LLC in-network?
If Speak Right Now, LLC is not in-network, do I have out-of-network benefits?
